Irvine, California · In-Person
This is in-person, out of our Irvine office. We pay for your food and travel. You get a laptop and unlimited access to the AI tools the team runs on. You'll also drive the Model O1, our flagship vehicle.
Exceptional interns have a strong track record of converting to full-time roles.
Across both roles: no hand-holding. You're expected to figure things out and ship.
You should also be comfortable using generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. You don't need to be an expert, but you should know how to write clear prompts, provide useful context, choose an appropriate model or tool for the task, verify the output, and use AI thoughtfully without treating it as a substitute for judgment.
1. Social Media & Content Creation Intern
Turn the vehicles, people, and ideas behind Olympian Motors into content people want to watch and share. You'll plan and maintain a content calendar, capture work at our Irvine office and events, publish across social channels, and learn from performance data.
- Strong short-form storytelling, writing, filming, and video editing skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interviewing team members, customers, creators, and partners.
- Familiar with platform-native formats, publishing workflows, community engagement, and social analytics.
- Able to manage creator outreach and relationships from first contact through published collaboration.
2. Growth & CRM Intern
Help turn interest in Olympian Motors into qualified conversations and lasting customer relationships. You'll support campaigns, organize CRM data, conduct customer and partner outreach, and track what moves prospects through the funnel.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable customer-management platform.
- Comfortable maintaining clean contact data, segmenting audiences, recording activity, and managing follow-up tasks.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication for customer outreach, partnership development, and follow-up.
- Familiar with campaign execution, email marketing, funnel metrics, and structured growth experiments.
